By accessing or using the NiviHealth platform (available at nivihealth.in, also known as "She Knows Her Body"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NiviHealth.

If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Platform Description

NiviHealth is a women's health education platform designed to provide Indian women with medically reviewed health information across topics including menstrual health, PCOS, hormonal wellbeing, fertility, perimenopause, mental health, and nutrition. The platform also offers:

• An AI companion (Nivi) designed to provide general women's health education
• Educational articles reviewed by qualified practitioners
• One-on-one consultation sessions with Dr. Deepika Anabheri, Women's Health Physiotherapist
• A waitlist for early access to new platform features

3. Important: Not Medical Advice

The consultations offered by Dr. Deepika Anabheri are designed to help you understand health topics and make informed decisions — they are not diagnostic appointments and do not replace clinical medical care.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact emergency services immediately (India: 112).

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use NiviHealth. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly provide services to minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will deactivate their access.

5. User Conduct

When using NiviHealth, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting forms or consultation requests
• Use the platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to access, modify, or disrupt the platform's systems or data
• Not submit false, misleading, or abusive content
• Not use the platform to collect data about other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these conduct standards.

6. Consultation Services

Consultation sessions are subject to availability. By requesting a session, you acknowledge that:

• Sessions are educational and informational
• You will be contacted within 2 business days to confirm session details
• Sessions are conducted online via video call
• In-person discussions may be offered in the future where available
• You are responsible for ensuring a private and appropriate environment for your session
• Health information you share during a session is treated with confidentiality

Pricing, cancellation, and rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of session confirmation.

7. Nivi AI Companion

Nivi is an AI health education companion. She is designed to provide general women's health information in a conversational format. Important limitations apply:

• Nivi's responses are for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice
• Nivi may make errors — do not rely on her responses for medical decisions
• Nivi does not have access to your personal medical records and does not know your full health history
• Nivi is not a licensed medical professional

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your health. Use Nivi as a starting point for education, not a substitute for professional care.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on NiviHealth — including articles, graphics, copy, branding, and code — is the property of NiviHealth and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You may read, share, and reference our content for personal, non-commercial purposes with appropriate credit. You may not reproduce, sell, or republish our content without written permission. To request permission, contact nivihealth.dev@gmail.com.

9. Privacy

Your use of NiviHealth is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act). By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

NiviHealth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that health information will be complete or up to date for your specific circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, NiviHealth and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of NiviHealth shall not exceed the amount you paid for any specific service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

NiviHealth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform, AI responses, or health information will be error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notified to users by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law
