NiviHealth is building a medically-reviewed, culturally-grounded women's health platform — focused on PCOS, perimenopause, hormonal health, fertility, menstrual health, and whole-body wellbeing.
Many Indian women are navigating their bodies alone — learning about PCOS from Instagram reels, understanding perimenopause from fragmented content, and delaying care because no one explained what was normal.
We believe Indian women deserve better.
Women in India face three major gaps in healthcare access and education:
Many women learn about PCOS, thyroid imbalance, or irregular periods through unverified social media posts or WhatsApp forwards. Reliable, India-specific hormone education is limited.
Perimenopause in India is still under-discussed. Symptoms like fatigue, sleep disruption, anxiety, mood swings, and weight changes are often dismissed as "normal ageing."
Doctor visits are short. Content online is either too clinical or too shallow. Women lack a stigma-free learning space built for their reality.
As a result, painful periods are normalised. Hormonal shifts go unaddressed. Mental health symptoms are dismissed. PCOS diagnosis is delayed for years.
We are here to change that.
NiviHealth is a structured Women's Health Education and Support System for India — one that centres Indian women's real experiences and puts medically sound knowledge in their hands at every stage of life.
Our focus is simple: making medically grounded women's health information accessible and understandable. We exist for one reason: to make sure Indian women have the knowledge they need, at every stage of life. We are building this starting with:
Every core clinical article is reviewed by qualified professionals. Red-flag symptoms are clearly defined and escalated.
Our content reflects Indian diet patterns, cultural stigma realities, access constraints, and local practitioner networks.
We address menstrual health, PCOS, fertility, perimenopause, mental health, bone and cardiovascular health — because hormonal health impacts the entire body.
Women can ask questions anonymously, learn without judgment, and access information that meets them where they are.
We envision a future where perimenopause is clearly understood before it begins, PCOS diagnosis happens early, menstrual irregularities are not dismissed, and hormonal mood changes are validated.
A future where every woman feels confident advocating for her health.
Every woman deserves accurate, empathetic, culturally relevant health education. NiviHealth exists to make that possible.
NiviHealth was not born in a startup accelerator.
It was born in a physiotherapy room.
Dr. Deepika Anabheri, a women's health physiotherapist with 18 years of experience, and Meenal Jaiswal began having conversations during treatment sessions about something much larger than muscle recovery. They started talking about women's bodies — about hormonal changes, PCOS, menstrual health, the impact of stress on fertility, and how perimenopause symptoms are profoundly misunderstood in India.
Women were learning about their bodies from Instagram influencers, WhatsApp forwards, short-form health content, and Western cycle-tracking apps. There was information everywhere — but it wasn't medically reviewed, it wasn't culturally contextualised, and it wasn't structured around Indian life stages.
We saw women normalising severe PMS, ignoring irregular cycles, dismissing unexplained fatigue, minimising mood swings, and treating perimenopause anxiety as "just stress." Many women were navigating both physical and mental health shifts without even the language to describe what was happening. They weren't uninformed — they were under-supported.
We couldn't look away. So we decided not to. Instead of waiting for someone to fix it, we chose to build it.
That conversation became a platform. NiviHealth is our commitment to reshaping how women's health education is delivered in India — responsibly, holistically, and without shame.
Because when she knows her body, she changes her life.
NiviHealth was built by a clinician and a technologist who share one conviction: Indian women deserve better health information, and they deserve it now.

Meenal Jaiswal is a technology and analytics leader with over 20 years of experience building data and analytics capabilities across global organizations including Amazon, Novartis, PepsiCo & Deloitte. She co-founded NiviHealth after years of noticing the same patterns in conversations with women across different stages of life — fatigue that never seemed to go away, painful cycles brushed aside, mood changes and sleep disruption quietly accepted as "normal." What struck her was not just the symptoms, but how often women felt unsure about what was happening in their bodies, and how difficult it was to find clear, trustworthy explanations.
As information about women's health multiplied online — fragmented across social media posts and influencer advice — the confusion only deepened. Together with Dr. Deepika Anabheri, Meenal recognised a simple but important gap: women needed a space where medically guided information could be explained in a way that felt understandable, relevant, and human. At NiviHealth, she shapes how complex topics like hormonal health, perimenopause, and mental wellbeing are translated into clear, accessible content women can understand and trust.
